Aunt Sally E. Bedel Anderson will always be special to me. Her sister, my mother, Laura P. Bedel Austin King, named me after Aunt Sally. The name at birth was given as Celestine but we go by Sally. There are three of us in the family.
My memories of Aunt Sally will always be of her beauty and laughter.
Your beautiful mother, my Aunt Sally, whom my dear sister Sally was named after, and was my loving mother’s sister Laura, had sent me a birthday card every year for many years. I will be missing her card this year, and thinking about her on my birthday forever. My mother spoke many times of her beauty and grace. Our families are blessed to be influenced by such love and kindness. We are not left behind by these loved ones. Their spirits guide our love and principles and help us to appreciate the love and joy we have been given in this world. They live forever inside us.
Much love and prayer,
Laurette Austin
Your cousin
