Shelley and David…I`m so sorry to learn of Sam`s passing…When I think about growing up in the old neighborhood, Sam was one of the nice guys…If I was playing outside and saw Sam mowing his lawn I`d wander down for a hi, how ya doin` and he never seemed to mind…Having been a pilot, we thought Sam had the coolest job ever and he`d tell us about flying sometimes…When I think about the old neighborhood the Broses` always come to mind…I know Sam will be missed by many…My thoghts and prayers go out to you and your families and those who cared abouyt Sam…

Dear Shelley and David,

It has been many years since we all lived on 133rd Street. I have fond memories of that time and of your dad. May Jesus’ peace be with you at this sad time.

Ruby and family .. So sorry to hear of Sam’s passing. I’ll always remember the stories you’d tell down at American Fire about his Sam coming by on his runs which eventually lead to you marriage to him. An all ’round nice guy who will be greatly missed.

We would like to express our deepest sympathies and we also will miss Sam dearly. His smile was infectious, his sense of humor kept us laughing and his generosity and willingness to help others was exceptional.
