Obituary
Samuel Hadley Blenman passed away at the age of 75 in Seattle, WA on June 1, 2011. He had been ill for some time. Samuel was born March 28, 1936 in Panama City to Eva and Samuel Blenman. Samuel was the oldest of seven children. He went to school in Panama then moved to Kansas to attend Wichita State University, where he met the love of his life Shirley. On June 24, 1961 they were united in Holy Matrimony. He worked many years with the Boeing Company and also for the Army Corp. of Engineers. Samuel enjoyed sports, especially golfing and horse racing. He also excelled in track as a runner. Samuel enjoyed singing bass in the choir.
He is survived by his daughter Marisa M. Blenman of Seattle, WA; two sisters, Vilma and Celia of Panama; two brothers, Carlos of Puerto Rico and Panama, and Walter of Panama. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Shirley, son Rodrigo and brothers Arndel and Mervyn. Inurnment will take place at Washington Memorial Park. Samuel loved his family and friends very much and he will be missed by all who knew him.
