Selmer “Sam” Aslakson, 89, of Des Moines, WA and formerly of Olympia, WA, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012 in Olympia. He was the husband of Marjorie Aslakson. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, 11:00 AM at Bonney-Watson; Washington Memorial Park where interment will also follow. Uncle Sam was a kind and caring uncle. At our wedding,Sam found himself helping in the kitchen and he didn’t complain. He always welcomed us into his home when we visited, and was a great tour guide! God just got a helping, caring, and wonderful man! We love all of you guys, and our prayers are with you.
