Sharon KeyBorn in Iowa City, Iowa, July 12, 1960. Sharon passed away peacefully on March 21,’06 surrounded by her loving family and friends. She graduated from Evergreen High in 1979. Sharon served 28 years of faithful Government Service to the Department of Defense as a Contract Specialist in the Defense Contract Management Agency. She received numerous Honors and Awards throughout her career. She was an outstanding professional, loyal teammate, and friend to all who knew her. Sharon took pride in being an American and in doing her part to serve her Country. The Agency mourns their fallen comrade. Sharon loved the outdoors, camping, boating, and being anywhere near the water. She enjoyed music, dancing, laughing, and decorating. Sharon was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her son, Brandon Key, and his fiancé, Kristina Inderbitzin; her grandchildren, Haylie and Rylie; her mother, Dona Ybarra; her brother, Jerry Singer and his wife, Chandee; nephews, Carols Singer and Alex Singer; niece, Jordyn Singer and many wonderful family members and dear friends. She will be greatly missed. Her spirit and the memories she left will live on. A Celebration of her Life will be held at the Alki Beach Bath House on Saturday, April 1, between 1:00-3:00 p.m., 2701 Alki Ave. SW.
