Sidney O. HALMO
Age 90. Born in Spencer, Iowa to Oscar and Sena Halmo on July 18, 1909. Died June 4, 2000 at Cascade Valley Hospital in Arlington, WA. Boilermaker union member for 40 years; working in the Seattle-Tacoma area. Survived by his beloved wife, Stella, of 60 wonderful years; his 2 daughters, Deloris Dee Hammer and husband, Howard of Stanwood, WA and Lurline Hammer and husband, Jerry, of Bellingham, WA; one brother, Roald Halmo, of Puyallup, WA, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral graveside service, Friday, June 9, 2000 at 11 A.M. at Bonney-Watson, Washington Memorial Park, 16445 Pacific Hwy S., SeaTac, WA. Viewing on Thursday and prior to burial on Friday. Memorial service follows at 12:30 P.M. at Grace Lutheran Church, 22975 – 24th Ave. S., Des Moines, WA. Remembrances may be made to Grace Lutheran Church,Building Fund or favorite charity.
