Sixto Pena Pacleb was born December 24, 1927 in the Philippines to Marcelo and Leona Pacleb. He passed away peacefully on October 28, 2015 surrounded by his family and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Iluminada Pizarro Pacleb, his parents, Marcelo and Leona Pacleb, and his three brothers, Jose Pacleb, Moises Pacleb, and Constante Pacleb. He is survived by his four children, Florante (MaryAnn) Pacleb, Pablito (Eden) Pacleb, Jean (Joe) Pabillon, Rosario (Scott) Toyohara, his five grandchildren, Rante (Tessa) Pacleb, Rachelle (Ryan) Czaplinski, Stephanie (Jeff) Medina, Tiffany Toyohara, Tristan Toyohara, five greatgrandchildren, Brayden, Callie, Harrison, Oliver, and Emily, and his sister, Victoria Castro.
