Sylvia Evelyn Ufer, age 86, died peacefully Sunday, December 6, 2009 in Seattle. Sylvia is survived by her son, Ernie Lesley Ufer; daughter, Janice Dick Andrew; five grandchildren, Erika, Matthew, Erin, Brent and Bradley; five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernie in 2007 and grandson Michael Ufer. Private family services will be held at BONNEY-WATSON Washington Memorial Park. Remembrances may sent to Bishop Blanchet High School, 8200 Wallingford Ave. N., Seattle, WA 98103 care of The Michael Ufer Academic Success Program.

Words don’t feel like enough; just know that Sylvia was a wonderful lady and loved by many. My deepest sympathy to all of her family.
