My heart goes out to Vicki and the girls. I know that they were the heart of Terry’s life. He loved them all and was very proud of them. I was honored to have him in my life. He was someone I could talk to about anything. He will truly be missed. Prayers for the family.

Vicki and Family:
I hired Terry a dozen years ago, based on recommendation by Alex Cordes at McKinstry. I was never disappointed in the quality of work performed but moreover, I was so impressed by Terry’s positive attitude and “make it right” approach to the job. He went overboard to see that we were happy and that my tenants were pleased. He had mentioned previous bouts with treatments and it was apparent he truly appreciated each day. That spirit is a remarkable trait and so easily admired. Terry took on several oddball tasks too, and always with great humility, honesty, integrity and appreciation for the work. I liked the guy for multiple reasons and I trust the memory of a life well lived will endure in your hearts. Deepest sympathies, Robb Stack
