To my friend Sandy Luv You and keep your head up.
Your in our hearts and prayer.
Carla and I had become friends of Tom via our contact with the car clubThe Wolf Pack. We enjoyed just sitting with Tom over a beer and hamburger as we discussed life in general. Never could fiqure out how the heck he ate with out those teeth in! We will miss him very much.
I had the pleasure to work with Tom at Boeing in the Structural test lab for about 20 years. He had to do mechanical support for several of us in Engineering, quite often at the same time.He was always very professional, very competant and a pleasure to work with.
I hope his grandchildren got to know him.The 58 is gorgeous and one of my favorite cars. thanks
Sandy—I was thinking about you this week-end….then saw this in the paper….sorry to hear about your brother.
Several years ago Tom came to our cabin on the Kenai river to go fishing. He caught lots of fish & had a good time. One fish he caught was a real nice trophy rainbow. Tom was very excited about it but thought my husband was joking when he told him to throw it back. It was not rainbow season. So after a few pictures, Tom reluctantly put the fish back in the water.
I talked to Tom recently, he was still talking about the fish he had to throw back. I told Tom that I would go and catch the fish for him or he could come back and catch it himself and this time we will let him keep all the big ones.
