Obituary
Thomas Roberto Maciel, Jr., aka Lil Bebes, went to be with the Lord on July 12, 2008. Thomas was born in Pasco, Washington, on June 29, 1987 to Thomas and Patricia Maciel. Thomas lived in Seattle most of his life where he excelled in school and sports. He graduated from Chief Sealth High School in 2005. Thomas had a love for wrestling, for which he won many medals and competed in the State Championship. He also enjoyed playing baseball and basketball. Thomas had a passion for gardening, cooking, and playing video games, skate boarding and collecting animation movies. He also had a love for turtles, including his pet turtle ShaBoingBoing.
Thomas was loved by all who knew him and always brought a smile to every face, whether it by a simple ‘hello’, his smile or one of his hugs. Thomas had a big heart and was always there to help or just to talk to. He touched so many hearts and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Thomas is survived by his loving parents Thomas and Patricia Maciel; sisters Andreana and Sonya Maciel; special nephew Javani Majoor; fiancée Monica Lee; grandmothers Celia Vargas and Zenaida Garcia; grandfathers Manuel Vargas and Thomas Maciel, Sr., and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, whom all hold many special memories with him. We all love you Thomas and will miss you greatly forever. We will hold over memories of you close to our hearts and cherish them dearly.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 18th, 2008 from 9am to 5pm at BONNEY-WATSON Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd, Seatac WA. 206 242-1787. Vigil will be held Friday, 7:00 pm at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9622 – 20th Ave SW, Seattle, 98106. Mass will be celebrated Saturday July 19th, 8:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment at Riverton Crest Cemetery, 3400 S. 140th St., Tukwila 98168. In lieu of flowers, burial donations may be made to Andreana Maciel. Contact Martha Munoz at 509528-8812.
You know it is hard for me to come and do this, but Thomas I truly miss your good humor and jokes. I never met him in real life but the talks we had on the phone and vent will always be cherished, I never laughed so hard in my life. I never knew what to say when he passed, it way to soon for him. I truly will miss him. My condolences to the family and his gf.
I would like to Thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts who has shared their prayers and memories with us. Thomas has touched alot of hearts and we will miss him dearly. I wasn’t a close friend of Thomas, but we did go school together. I remembered how he would brighten the classroom with his smile, and just the vibe from him, would make my day. I am sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I’m truly envious of those fortunate enough to know Thomas in person. His positive spirit and sense of humor was always welcomed online. Thomas aka Fuhma was by far the most genuine, kind hearted, person that I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. While I never had the opportunity to meet him in person, his warmth and generosity to everyone he came in contact with spoke volumes about who he was. I knew Thomas as someone else, not a different personality, but I remember him best with a different face. I knew him as a friendly, helpful joker, I could always hear the smile on his face, and I cannot recall a time I saw him angry or even run down. He was the soul of our group and I will miss him for the hard times he helped us through and the fun times that he brought to bare.

I’ve played WoW with Fuhma for many years. The most outstanding characteristic of this individual was his willing and helpful heart. He frequently gave any help or possession he had to anyone he valued as a friend, even in circumstances where they did not ask for it. Jr. was a very special kid his down to earth style that made him stand out. Best memory was jr helping sonia babysit my kids alma and mikey and Little nanas rosa’s daughter they turned patty and thomas house upside down playing hide and go seek. Now my kids think thats a norm. You will be greatly miss!

My heart goes out to all of you. I am deeply sadden by your loss of Junior. He was really a great guy! He always had a smile on his face & made his family proud. When I worked with his Dad, Junior would help out from time to time at our place of employement & never complained about the task at hand. I will miss that smile. There’s no doubt how great of a person Thomas was and how much joy he has brought to our lives. Though his absence in our lives can never be replaced, we should keep in mind that the lost life will forever live and stay with us in our memories. Take great care of yourselves because he cares.
