Obituary

“Anyone can be a father, it takes a special person to be a Papa”

Tim was born in Torrance, California, to Angelina and Don and joined the growing family with his older sister, Christina, and later his younger brother, Daniel.  He lived those early years in the Southern California growing up with a large family of many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. His early days were filled with family gatherings, sports, and just enjoying life. Fate had it that he would move to Washington with his family in 1998 where he finished his school years and start his adult life.

Tim made many friends during his secondary school years, and the family household was a gathering spot for them. It was not uncommon to wake up on a Saturday or Sunday morning to find one of Tim’s many friends was spending a night or two, or sometimes longer. But that was Tim, always willing to help a friend.

He touched many lives in his short stay on this earth, but none more important than the one person, that came into his life in 2006.

That was Stephanie, who quickly became the love of his life, and his future wife. They were true soul mates, and together they shared many experiences, with none being more special than the birth of their three beautiful children; Kingston, Ronin, and most recently Freyja.

Tim was the proudest of fathers, and loved his wife and children more than anything. And in those early years as a young family they moved to Boise, Idaho and began raising Kingston, and were soon blessed with Ronin.  And after about 3 years in Boise, they decided to move back to the Seattle area and rejoin their Washington family and friends.

They spent many a day playing games, hiking trails, and just enjoying each other and nature.

And although he was only with us for a short 31 years, he will be remembered for his larger than life personality, and his enormous heart. If you knew him, you understood that. And he will be missed by all, but none more than his family.

You will be forever in our hearts, and our memories, we miss and love you.

I am so sorry for your loss of this beautiful soul. Tim was an amazing person and an amazing friend. I will never forget the many adventures we shared. Tim thought me how to drive a stick shift, he introduced me to music. I’ll never forget our long drives on foggy nights with John, Chris, Joey and Janelle. Tim would always pop up with a message every few months to see how the family and I where doing. Our Kids are very close in age and though I’ve never met his kids, he talked about them all the time with such pride. Our last conversation was about Kingston starting kindergarten in the fall. And how Tim hated that it was full day. He wasn’t ready to be apart from his son that long. I will truly miss you Tim. You where such an amazing friend.

Dear Don and Angie,

there are no words that I can write that can ease the pain you are feeling. We are born and ultimately leave this earth. However, when we lose a young family member it hurts much deeper. Every one who we meet in some way has an impact our lives. There are those who leave a foot print which stays with us through our entire lives. This is especially true with family members young or old. It is these foot prints that we remember most. The good times and memories we cling to to get past the pain of such a loss. Remember the happy foot prints. Joni & I hold you in our prayers as you move past this

heartfelt loss. Tom
