After serving in the US Army, he attended Washington Technical Institute now Art Institute, followed by his employment at Boeing as a Production Illustrator in the Aerospace Program for 36 years. Always an avid sports fan, Tommy was a catcher for the Western Giants in the semi-pro baseball league. He also enjoyed bowling in several leagues and maintained his passion for golf his entire life. He never took himself too seriously, putting everyone at ease. He will be remembered for his courage and quiet determination in dealing with his numerous medical challenges. He accepted life without question and lived it to its fullest. An inspiration to all, Tommy will be deeply missed.
