Obituary
April 11 1942 – Aug 10, 2024
Toni went to be with the Lord on a Saturday evening August 10, 2024 at the age of 82 after a long battle with Interstitual Lung Disease.
Toni was born at Maynard Hospital in Seattle to Forest E. Price and Wanda May (Mosher) Price. She was preceded in death by her parents, her niece Malinda Jutte and daughter in-law, Kris (Brier DelBianco).
She is survived by her lifelong husband Bob, her son Steven Dino, daughter Debra Lynn, older sister Penny (Rod) Norman, younger sister and best friend Trudi (Henry) Jutte, grandsons Brian & Tony Codd, granddaughters Lisa Marie (Gary) Chamberlain, Amy Christine (Glen) Cook, great grandchildren Younger James and Kelty Grace Haringlake, sister-in-law Donna Webster, plus 4 beloved nieces, 5 nephews, 4 grand nephews, & 2 grand nieces.
Early on in Toni’s life, Toni’s Father and Mother both worked to help get her father through college. Consequently they often left Toni and her two sisters Penny & Trudi for extended periods of time with their grandparents, Harry B. & Florence Mosher who had a small farm on Vashon. The farm was like home to them and they loved and appreciated their grandparents very much.
When Toni was about 6 years old her father took a government job which required them to move around the Country a bit. They moved to Portland, Oregon while Toni was in the 1st and 2nd grades then to Eugene, Oregon while in the 3rd & 4th grades and then on to Alexandria, Virginia where she competed grades 5 & 6.
The family then returned to Vashon Island and lived on their grandparent’s farm while Toni completed grades 7 & 8 at Vashon Elementary. Then they moved back to Seattle where Toni attended James Madison Jr High School for grades 8 & 9. This is when she met Bob DelBianco and began going steady with him at the age of 14 and he 15.
Toni graduated from West Seattle High in 1960. She then attended Mary Stone Beauty School in downtown Seattle, graduated in 1961 and went to work at A-Art Beauty Salon in West Seattle as a hair stylist.
Bob & Toni got married on Feb 17, 1962 at Holy Rosary Church. Toni kept working as a hair stylist until their child Steve was born on Jan 10, 1964 and just 13 months later their daughter Debra was born on Feb 28, 1965.
Toni and Bob lived in West Seattle just up the street from The West Seattle Bowling Alley where they had many friends and where Bob’s first job was. They lived there until 1971 when they moved to the Shorewood neighborhood where they began attending Westside Foursquare Church of which was then known as Lifeflow Christian Center.
In 1974 Bob & Toni opened their own Real Estate Company known as DelBianco Realty. Toni was always supportive of her husband and his business ventures and went to work at a few different part time jobs to help in the finances. In 1977, to further her support of the real estate business, she went into the mortgage business and became one of the first, if not the first woman Loan Officers in greater Seattle or perhaps in the entire state of Washington. She was outstanding in her work service. Her achievements were of great value in making the real estate business a success and helped to pave the way of starting their own Mortgage and Escrow Business in 1991 known as Normandy Mortgage & Escrow.
In 1988 Toni graduated from Northwest Bible Colleges with honors as Magnacumlaude with a degree in Pastoral Ministries. She retired from the mortgage business in 1992 and then became a licensed minister with the Foursquare Church. She spent many years active in the church with women’s counseling, and children’s ministry. She was a good leader and headed up many Bible study groups and was instrumental in leading many young people to Christ. Toni loved the children and they all loved her. She was gifted in her ability to learn and perform all the children’s praise and worship songs with zest and hand motions. She also performed many weddings and provided pre-marital counseling. Toni truly loved serving the Lord and was always enthusiastic to share the gospel message with everybody.
Toni loved being a mom and a wife and she loved family. She would always make sure birthdays were celebrated and always participated and helped in promoting family gatherings. Toni will also be remembered for her hobby of Stamping and creating all sorts of greeting cards for family and friends for all occasions. She loved having the grandkids over to work in her stamping room and to help them with their school projects. She loved people and people liked her. She could relate with anyone and was always full of empathy. She could sing and play the guitar and enjoyed going with her cousin Maureen to entertain folks in the local nursing homes.
Toni was outstanding and accomplished in so many ways; as a Wife, mother, sister, daughter, Aunt, homemaker, minister, business woman and Christian. She was the best. She was a personable, loveable and caring person never critical or in judgement of others. She always had a smile on her face, respected all those around her with humility and grace. She was a grateful soul, read her Bible and prayed for everyone constantly first thing in the morning. She never complained about anything. In her long struggle with her lung disease, she was an inspiration for so many because of her positive attitude and strong faith in the Lord. She was diagnosed with Interstitial Lung Disease in 2008 and given a life sentence of 3 to 5 years. The doctors were amazed how well she looked and performed because her lung condition did not warrant it and She would always give credit to God and one of her favorite sayings was “I have His breath in my lungs”. In her last two years while she needed a wheel chair we called her a “Rolling Miracle. Amazingly, she never suffered pain or anxiety. If you would have asked her right up to the time of her last breath “how are you” she would say “I’m fine!”
We loved being neighbors with Toni & Bob! Toni had an amazing life & blessed many – praise God for her sweet love for people ❤️

Dear Bob:
I was so sad when I was told of Toni’s death. She was a dear lady whose smile would light up a room. I have so many beautiful memories of times spent with her ~ at church, enjoying lunch together, touring Israel.
May Toni rest in peace, and may her memory be a blessing. 💖
