Verona Evelyn Prouse, age 90, passed peacefully on July 9, 2005 in Rochester Hills, MI. Verona is survived by her daughter, Jacquelyn Brefeld Thomas; two granddaughters, Jennifer Rombach Dennis and Kathryn Brefeld; brother, Donald Grieben Ann, sister, Oriett Crawford Orville and numerous nieces and nephews. Verona was preceded in death by her husband, William Prouse in 1991 and her daughter Gerrayne in 1996. She was a long time resident of Seattle and relocated to Rochester Hills, MI five years ago. Visitation will start at 9:30 AM on Monday, 07/18/05, and the funeral service will follow at 10:30 AM at Calvary Lutheran Church, 3420 SW Cloverdale Ave., Seattle, WA. Committal will follow at BONNEY-WATSON Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA 206 242-1787.
Our deepest sympathy to the family. I am sorry we could not be at the service. We would have liked to see all of you. My mother has been ill and I am in Everett about half of every week. Verona was a sweet lady and loved you all very much!
