Obituary

W John Noll was born to Walter and Beatrice Noll in LaCrosse Wisconsin June 29, 1940.  He passed away at his home in SeaTac, Washington Sunday March 10, 2024 at 83 years of age.

John leaves behind many friends and family that he loved very much.  Immediate family includes daughters Joani (Tim) Muller, Jeanne (Clark) Miller; grandchildren Jana (Nick) Peterson, Leslie Hamilton, Curtis Muller, Jessica (Matt) Rodgers, Jennifer (Jose) Avila; six great grandchildren, 4 nieces and 4 nephews; sisters Kay and Rose and brothers Wayne (Terie) and Frank (Emma)

John moved to Port Orchard from Wisconsin in 1944, then to East Bremerton in 1954.  He attended Sheridan Elementary and East High School where he graduated in 1958. He attended Olympic College and worked in retail management for decades retiring from Fred Meyer in 1995

He loved horses and trail riding, he loved animals and always had a dog by his side.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, camping, hiking and especially hunting elk and deer for 50 years with his brother.

He spent much of his later years devoted to studying the Bible and zealously sharing what he learned with others.  His hope in the Bible’s promise of a better future for the earth and mankind was his greatest passion.  He especially loved the promise at Revelation 21: 4, 5 where it says

“And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.  The former things have passed away.  And the One seated on the throne said: ‘Look! I am making all things new’.  Also he says:  ‘Write, for these words are faithful and true.’”
