Our prayers and thoughts are with you Carole and family in this time of sadness. Waeland will be greatly missed along with his great sense of humor like painting the house at moms and him not getting a drop of paint on himself while the rest of us were covered from head to toe. We could only paint at certain times then had to quit or take a break. What a great brother in law he was.He was a very caring person to everyone. I know he is looking down at us now and shaking his head at the way we do things.
God Bless you my dear sister
I love you all,
Marlene and family

I was just thinking of my first days at Boeing. Waeland was the first person I got to work with and he spent most of my early time training me. A top notch well respected guy. Over the years I had several other times I got to work with him and always looked forward to it.
I appreciate having known him.
