William A. KORPISZ
63, born Oct. 8 1942 in Baltimore Md. Passed away March 29, 2006 in Seattle. Survived by his son Brad and his wife Carmen of Monroe, WA; grandchildren Alex and Zoe; sisters SaraLee and Lynda. Also survived by numerous relatives and friends. Graduated High School in Baltimore in 1961. In 1962 he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Glasgow, Montana where he met and married Karen, and in 1965 his son brad was born, and was later discharged from the Air Force in 1966. He received his private pilots license in 1968. he did love to fly. In August of 1969 he started his career with Hertz, and after 36 years, he retired in August of 2005. Member of Teamsters Local #117. Enjoyed flying, traveling, and taking long drives for vacation and staying at the beach. Also cherished times spent with family and friends. When his granddaughter Zoe was born, they immediately connected, they spent many hours building block towers and knocking them down. She was his pride and joy!
