Bill Phipps, age 90, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2017
Bill is survived by his son Jack and his wife Julie; daughter Chris Lecy; step-daughter Pam Walker and her husband Mike; stepson Bruce Challender and his wife Lucy and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Frances Louise Phipps; his second wife Alice Mae Phipps; son Jim Phipps and Brothers Jerry and Gene Phipps and sister Jane Ann Pagano.
Funeral service 1:00 PM, Friday, September 12, 2017 at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial Funeral Home. Interment to follow in the Garden of Devotion, Washington Memorial Park. A reception will be held in the Washington Memorial Hospitality Room.
