William Eng was born in Seattle, WA on December 7, 1929 to Suen King Eng and Sue Fong (Wong) Eng. He was one of six siblings. He was the eldest son. William attended Garfield High School. He graduated in 1948.
He married Lancy Louie on June 26, 1950. They celebrated 69 years together. They raised four children.
Dad enjoyed automobiles, bowling and fire arms. He was a hands-on guy! He was a mentor to anyone who had the good fortune of meeting him.
An unexpected stroke in September left William in a life altering state. He faced this challenge with courage and determination each day. Ultimately, pneumonia took its toll and William passed peacefully on Sunday, December 29th, 2019.

i was on bw website and discovered that we can write notes to you. i just wanted to say how much i loved being your niece! you always had a kind word to say. i recall all those parties down the house and you’d be in that tiny kitchen cooking with yeh yeh. may you rest in peace and know that you were beloved by all.
