I worked with Bill over the years when he was with Gray & Evans then with Victor Gray then on his own. He was always thorough and a pleasure to work with. My wife & I enjoyed some more personal experiences with him also. He was truly caring and generous.
My condolences to the Family.
My Dad was John Chapin. Always spoke so highly of your Dad!! My sympathy. Maybe rest in peace!
Grandpa Bill is truly a highlight in our family tree. I remember him well. He was loyal and always present with family. He was a servant and a leader in his actions. He made an effort to be present in my life and now resides forever in my heart. He was able to meet his great grandson Zachary Schaible. Both Zachary and I will take care to honor his life and service to our family and our country.
