Pat & Family:

First, our sincere condolences and offer to help in anyway that we can. Losing a loved one is difficult at any stage of life but you can take some comfort in knowing that Bill lived a full and rich life.

Second, I worked very closely with him on several projects which were very demanding in terms of time and analysis efforts. During these times I came to know Bill as a true friend and a man who cared a great deal for his family.

I want you to know that he is one of the people who made Boeing a great place to work.

I know that he was not an overly religious person, kind of like my Dad, but he was a good man and I am certain that I will see Bill, along with my Dad, in the company of the loving and caring God Who rules over the present and the hereafter.

Our sincere condolences to you as you try to fill this huge void. Take comfort and have faith that you will see him again.

Dear Pat,

We are so sorry to hear of Bills passing. He was such a wonderful person, so full of life and stories and teasing. We always loved when you come to visit us cause we knew we would be laughing! Ray loved talking politics and business with Bill…some lively discussions! You two were such a sweet couple and it was obvious that he adored you!! Let me leave you with a saying inspired by an Eskimo Legend:

“Perhaps they are not the stars…

But rather openings in Heaven..

Where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy and still with us.” This brought me comfort when Momma passed away in December. I hope it brings you some peace as well.

Please extend our condolences to Bills family, Donna and Davey…and of course, all our love to you, sweet Pat.

I remember Uncle Willis was always willing to joke around and especially to laugh at himself. I always looked forward to seeing him and Pat at the family gatherings.

He was devoted to Pat and was such a proud father and grandfather. He will be deeplly missed.

Dear Pat, I am so sorry. I

am sending a card today. I just found out, so could not attend the service. He will be missed, not only by his family, but all your joint friends.

I’m so sad for you. There are no words to express how much – have courage and count the good memories. They will sustain you.

Love, Winnie

It is hard to believe that Bill is no longer with us, he was a great friend, and he and Jerry had many memories from High School days. Our thoughts are with you Pat. Take care, Jerry & Winona
