Yong Cha Rudd, age 64, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2005 in Federal Way. Yong is survived by her husband of 24 years, Greg; her mother, Kum Sun Moon; four sisters, Young Sook Kwan, Gill Ja Kwan, Yong Nam Kwan and Yong Ae Kwan; her brother, Yong Hoon Kwan and four nephews and four nieces.
