Yong Ok WEEKS
Born May 1, 1949 in Chonpuk-do, Korea, passed away December 18, 2012 at her home in Des Moines. She married Walter M. Weeks, Jr on January 17, 1976 at Wyoming United Methodist Church, Wyoming, Delaware. They were married 37 years. Their son Walter, III was born October 19, 1976 at Ft. Campbell, KY. Preceded in death by her parents in Seoul, Korea. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Visitation Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac. Funeral service 1:00 PM December 27, 2012 at the Midway Community Covenant Church, 22460 – 24th Avenue South, Des Moines. It was a special service at Midway Community Covenant Church on Thursday. So glad to hear so many wonderful testimonies of Yong and her special love she showed to many of us. She was so willing to so show love to me in the clothing bank. I pray God comforts you each day with his fresh mercies. God be with you and your Son. Marilyn
