Obituary
Yukio Takeuchi passed away peacefully on September 11, 2012 at age 89.
Resided in Mukilteo, Puyallup, Seattle and Mercer Island.
Survived by brother, Robert S. Takeuchi, nephews; Gary (Jane) Takeuchi – Redmond, Rick (Renee) Takeuchi – Renton, Terry (Sheri) Takeuchi – Newcastle, Bryan (Shirley) Takeuchi – Renton; Eight Great nieces and nephews; Great-great niece and nephew.
Pre-deceased by father and mother, Yoshitsugu and Mitsui Takeuchi; sister, Hatsuko Takeuchi; brother, Shigeo Takeuchi.
1942 graduate of Puyallup High School.
War World II Veteran, US Army, 442nd Regimental Combat Team.
Employed for 33 years at the Boeing Company as a member of the Machinist Union.
Volunteer at Seattle Keiro.
Life member of the Nisei Veterans Committee.
Nisei Bowling Association.
Celebration of Life on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Noon at Seattle Keiro Nursing Home, 1601 East Yesler Way, Seattle 98122.
