Information Collected

To better serve our users, we may collect two types of information: Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPPI”). Our primary goal in collecting any information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using the Site.

Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on the Site, we ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. If you elect to engage in these activities, we may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and other personal identifying information. We do not collect any PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We may gather certain non-user specific information about users generally based upon where you visit on the Site in several ways, including but not limited to, the URL of the website that you just came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your IP address. This allows us to determine how best to provide information to users and understand which parts of the Site are of most interest to our users.

Information Sharing

Except as specifically set forth herein, all collected data (both PII and NPII) is never shared with third parties. Specifically, we do not sell, trade, or rent your PII or NPII to others except as specifically set forth herein. We may share your PII and NPII, but only: (1) with your express consent, (2) in connection with a business transaction involving the sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets, (3) for legal (i.e. to comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal processes), protection (i.e. protect the rights and property of the Company and our agents), and safety purposes (i.e. to protect the safety of our employees and agents), and (4) with those who need it to do work for us.

Use of Information

We may use PII and NPII: (1) for internal purposes (operate, maintain, and improve our Site, products, and services), (2) to respond to comments and questions and otherwise provide customer service, (3) to provide and deliver products and services customers request, (4) to send information or communicate about promotions and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners, and (5) to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

The Site provides users the opportunity to opt-in to receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the user. The Site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service. You can manage your communication preferences or access/update your PII by sending an e-mail to websiteinfo@bonneywatson.com or sending a letter to the mailing address below.
